  It's a trip to the Dentist

  It's a trip to the Dentist not a day at the beach. How much fun can that be. However this is the best office staff I have ever been to.

  great experience

  Never met anyone who enjoys going to the dentist. You can put me at the top of that list. However, just recently I had my third visit to TownCare on Davis Blvd. Each time the dentist, Dr. Cappelen, has been very upbeat, professional, caring and attentive to my needs. I find the entire staff to be very upbeat and they seem to enjoy their working environment very much. I believe this due to the positive tone set by Dr. Cappelen. Saying I now enjoy going to the dentist would be a bit of a stretch, but this office certainly makes a great effort to change my mind.

  Excellent Service

  Going to the dentist can be a painful experience but the people at Towncare Dental are an exceptional group that make you feel like you are a welcome guest; Wanda, the technician who cleans my teeth, not only takes her time to do a good job but she cultivates a rapport with you that makes you feel like she is an old friend; She learns all about your teeth and does a great job of making what could be a painful experience, more than tolerable. In addition to that she explains what she is doing along the way, giving you tips to help you keep your teeth healthy. The atmosphere at their office is upbeat helping you get through the painful parts with a minimum of hurt.

  I had x-rays done which is always unpleasant for me as I have a bad gag reflex. It was done quickly in order for the uncomfortableness to be kept to a minimum.

  My Day @t the Dentist

  I had a stupendous time at the dentist!!! My hygienist shannon was so helpful she mad me luagh and she made the appointment so much easier!!! I love that about her... Thank You Towncare!!!!

  Who's Scared??

  A smiling face greets me when I sign in, a smiling face when I walk back - of course they're smiling, it's me getting worked on. Seriously, I was treated in a friendly professional manner, I was told every bit of the way what was being done on my teeth, in my mouth & how to sit more comfortably. All-in-all, for a dentist visit (this time) it wasn't painful & the staff put me at ease. I'm still scared to go the dentist's office. Theresa

  Emergency Root CANEL

  I was not a customer previously, but I was accepted on a Friday so that I would not have to suffer over the weelend. Being worked in took time, but everyone was very pleasent. The procedure was painless and I was given prescriptions for pain and antibiodics. A follow up appoinment was set up in a few days to finalize the procedure. Towncare Dental will be my permanent place for dental procedures from now on!
