Andrea Leon Hostos, DDS

Dr. Andrea Leon Hostos is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care with a focus on patient comfort and long-term oral health. She combines advanced clinical training with a gentle, detail-oriented approach, taking the time to educate patients, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure every visit is a positive experience.

Dr. Leon Hostos completed the prestigious two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Florida, where she received extensive training in comprehensive restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, treatment planning, and digital dentistry. She also completed specialty training in Endodontics at UNINGÁ in Brazil and earned a Diploma in Oral Surgery from the University of Carabobo before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the same institution in Venezuela.

With experience treating everything from routine restorative procedures to complex root canal therapy, extractions, and dental emergencies, Dr. Leon Hostos is committed to delivering evidence-based, minimally invasive care tailored to each patient's individual needs. Her philosophy is rooted in listening first, building trust through open communication, and helping patients feel confident in their treatment decisions.

Outside the office, Dr. Leon Hostos enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and continuing her professional education. She has also volunteered with organizations including Mission of Mercy and the Special Olympics, reflecting her passion for serving the community. Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in Portuguese, she is proud to care for a diverse patient population.
